Acupuncture and IUI

If you have decided that the time is right to start your family and you are using donor sperm, consider how acupuncture and Chinese medicine can help you. There are many studies proving the effectiveness of acupuncture to enhance fertility. From regulating menstrual cycles and balancing hormone levels to increasing the success rate of IVF. For these same reasons, acupuncture can improve IUI rates too.

Even if you have a healthy cycle, acupuncture can offer you

increased blood flow to the pelvic area
a relaxed more hospitable uterus
balanced hormones
and less overall stress & tension

The optimal treatment plan includes regular acupuncture and Chinese herbs and starts 3months before your first attempt.
On the day of insemination, acupuncture before and after can greatly enhance your chances for success.
